Our direct end client in Red Wing, MN is looking for a Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract. This role is onsite in Red Wing. Will provide 1st tier support (password resets up to functionality research)to the team that provides global ERP support. Any ERP experience will be helpful, as will Linux. Role is growth–oriented, and can work on PMUAT activities if existing ticket load has been completed. Requirements 4 year degree (STEM preferred), 2 year degree and 1 year of experience or 3+ years experience in a IT related role. This employee will be tasked with providing exemplary end user support and timely issue resolution for several international applications. Responsibilities Provide support and daily issue resolution. Respond to help desk tickets and work to resolve ticket within established service levels. Provide a timely response to telephone and email requests from users. Triage, research and determine course of action to resolve help desk tickets. Follow up with development group and product manager to identify and resolve problems with the applications. Maintain and update end–user documentation for the application. Accountable for setting up and maintaining user permissions. Provides support for Sarbanes Oxley reviews. Ensures timely communication to users and product manager regarding all aspects of the application. Prepare weekly reports indicators regarding user requests and performance statistics. Assist in various IT projects as needed.
