Peoplesoft Functional SME – Upgrades as required Business Analysts (Functional Consultant) at least 5–7 yearsrsquo experience. ( Tier II or Tier III) bull At least seven yearsrsquo implementation experience as PeopleSoft Benefit Functional Lead bull At least five yearsrsquo implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Benefits Administration 9.2 bull Prefer advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid functionality o Security, homepages, titles, workcenters and navigation collections bull Prefer prior implementation experience with local government organizations bull Strong written, verbal, and listening skills bull Must have strong analytical and problem–solving skills bull Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities bull Strong skills and SQL or Query Manager queries bull Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment Education Required Bachelorrsquos Degree bull At least seven yearsrsquo implementation experience as PeopleSoft Benefit Functional Lead bull At least five yearsrsquo implementation experience with PeopleSoft HCM and Benefits Administration 9.2 bull Prefer advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft Fluid functionality o Security, homepages, titles, workcenters and navigation collections bull Prefer prior implementation experience with local government organizations bull Strong written, verbal, and listening skills bull Must have strong analytical and problem–solving skills bull Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities bull Strong skills and SQL or Query Manager queries bull Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment
