CBIB tech R has key responsibilities including strategy, design and implementation of the control framework, audit management and advisory and mitigation and expert advice on key control principles. One key function within R is the Audit Management and Advisory (AM) group and the group's specific objective is to work with all the CBIB Technology, NFRM, RMG, Group Audit and all other stakeholders on comprehensive audit management across internal, external and regulatory audits. The function's primary stakeholders are the CBIB technology CIOs and their teams and the group also provide service to the entire CBIB ExCo. Market's high level performance is measured in the COO Balanced Scorecard which shows current audit status, tracks self–identified findings and ensures the organization is meeting regulatory audit requirements.What We Offer You:We offer competitive health and wellness benefits, empowering you to value life in and out of the officeOn–site gym, cafeteria, and health centerAn environment that encourages networking and collaboration across functions and businessesConveniently located nature trails, accessible year–roundHear from our people and look inside our office: Muse Your Key Responsibilities:Engage the highest levels of CBIB Technology Senior Management and risk and control leads regarding audit related matters; empower senior management governance of all audit findingsSupport the design and implementation of frameworks to proactively manage the entire audit lifecycle process; leverage existing platforms to reduce administrative efforts of coordinating a large number of findings Engage with CBIB Technology DCO (Divisional Control Officer) and group audit when necessary throughout the audit lifecycle. Perform meaningful analysis of audit and audit related information, correlating new data to identify important trends that demand senior management attentionOversee the identification an overall management of self–identified findings within CBIB Technology. Facilitate the submissions of closure requests to the FRF forum and GFMSAssist in providing education and training on risk and control culture, audit management processes and SII creation, to guide key stakeholders to appropriately assess risks in their areas, respond to audits, audit finding closures and provide updatesSupport the organization in the creation of high quality, demonstrable management action plans that are SMART. Validate completeness of audit closure requests, via testing of design and operating effectiveness of the controlsYour Skills and Experience:Prior experience within a technology audit function and/or a technology risk and control roleThe ability to manage multi–tasks assignments and efficiently priorities workload with limited supervision and resilient under pressureThe ability to quickly build a network in the business and among subject matter expertsStrong analytical skills to evaluate risks and control processesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written; advance use of Excel preferableFor external candidates: Please note, we are unable to consider external candidates who require sponsorship for work visas for this position.
