And our work depends on TS/SCI level cleared Cyber Audit Engineer Sr. Advisor joining our team to support our Intel customer in Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO.The Cyber Audit Support Engineer isan integral part of the network security program in the ongoing design testing, and implementation and maintenance of cyber solutions.This role provides technical support and maintenance of cyber tools, security response actions,security compliance reporting, and best practicesacross world–wide networks.Major Duties (including but not limited to any combination of the following):Perform technical duties in support of the in–houseInformation Systems Security programParticipate in the selection, evaluation, implementation, and security ofnetwork infrastructure and support systems/applications.Support cyber audits such as CCORI, CCRI, FISMA, etcPerform enterprise cyber security analysis of all domains in alignment with standards set by customerProvide technical support and responseto security requests from the local Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP)Provide technical support for responding to and implementing mitigation(s)across the networks and support systems, in support of Red/Blue Team assessments and other inspectionsProvide technical guidance on best practices and assist network engineers in the development of User Guides, Standard Operating Procedures, and Policies.Perform other duties as assigned in support of security functionsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related fieldpreferred.Experience Windows, Linux,andShellscripting a plus.Due to the nature of this program, US Citizenship is requiredMinimum 10 years of Cyber Security experienceMust have the DoD 8140.01 and DoD 8570.01Demonstrates a strong ability to communicate security concepts effectively, both orallyand in writing, with senior staff, system owners, and technical and non–technical usersSolid understanding of current technology trends, security best practices, and cyber securitythreatsAbility to troubleshoot issues and work with engineers/vendors to resolve issues withsecurity configurationsSelf–starter with a willingness to learn about a variety of security conceptsStrong customer service orientation with the ability to build effective relationshipsAble to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization, to include colleagues, users,contractor and vendorsStrong attention to detail coupled with excellent organization and follow up skillsAbility to function efficiently and effectively in a high pressure environment with changingprioritiesCurrent TS/SCI Clearance and the ability to obtain PolyHold, or obtain within six months of start, a certification that is in compliance with DoD 8140.01 and DoD 8570.01–MScheduled Weekly Hours:40Travel Required:NoneTelecommuting Options:Telecommuting Not AllowedWork Location:USA VA SpringfieldAdditional Work Locations:USA MO St. LouisWe are GDIT.
