What you will doUnder general direction and in conformance with Corporate and Division Policies and procedures, helps lead financial control and accounting activities of to assure accurate and timely preparation, recording, transmissions, analysis and communication of data necessary to control operations and achieve objectives. You will provide analysis, counsel, advice and recommendations to help management make operating decisions to reduce costs, improve profits and return on investment and to achieve goals and plans. Ensure the integrity of the financial information generated at the plant. Implement consistency and process improvements at the plant levels. Spread financial knowledge to other members of the operations teamHow you will do itLead the standard implementation project within the Macpac ERP system for seven manufacturing locations in the US and Mexico. Responsible for managing the quarterly physical inventories and analysis for all seven ASC manufacturing plants. Analyze reports for variance problems, physical to book inventory variations, and work with plant teams to takes corrective action and root cause analysis.Partner with operations and engineering to implement BOM's for several plantsAssist in preparation/review of CAR financial justifications for plant capital projects. Track capital project spending, timing and cost impact against project plan, forecasts and budget to understand and report variances. Work with project managers to assure timely capitalization of equipment placed in use. Assist/perform sample CAR post audits to verify savings. Coordinates periodic fixed asset physical inventory per company policies.Lead the ASC and Fans annual standard cost rollAssist in putting together ASC ops package slides for ASC and Fans which is reviewed monthly with the VP of Ops and Plant Management teamReview Balance Sheet reconciliations on monthly basisMentors and manage financial analystWork closely with the Monterrey Business Center, Bratislava Business Center and plants to monitor Accounts Payable and Inventory reportingPerforms special studies and analyses.Ensure adherence to Corporate and Divisional accounting/internal control procedures, SOX compliance and reporting requirements for all plants.Help enhance monthly operation scorecards to assist the VP of OperationsResponsible for fostering effective employee relations. What we look forRequiredBachelor's Degree required.
