Our services include parent education classes, Foster Care, Parents As Teachers, Behavioral Health, and Nurse–Family Partnership Program!Position SummaryThe Finance Analyst will assist with monthly preparation of financial statements by providing extensive medical claims reporting and general ledger reconciliations.Your MissionAbility to work independently.Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.Analyzes and reconciles claims information to financial reporting data.Analyzes organization's asset, liability, and equity accounts to ensure correct presentation in financial statements. Reconciles general ledger expense accounts to payroll tax returns quarterly.Prepares bank account reconciliations.Provides relevant information to claims and billing staff.Assists in preparation of Organization's budget process.Provides and analyzes revenue and expense projections as activity dictates.Ensures adherence to GAAP in the Financial Statements of the Organization.Acts as a liaison during Independent Financial Audit.Prepares and provides audit schedules.Performs other duties as assigned. RequirementsIf you want to join us in this position, we require these...Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.Five (5) years combined experience with General Ledger, and Financial Statements. Familiarity with GAAP principles with ability to create and post monthly journal entries.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.Knowledge of Sage Accounting system preferred.Strong attention to detail is required.Experience with medical claims process strongly preferredMust be able to qualify for and maintain a valid Arizona Department of Public Safety level one fingerprint clearance card.Must possess a valid Arizona driver license and be insurable under the agency's automobile policy.Must be able to meet training and agency requirements for the position.Our MissionCasa de los Nios promotes child well–being and family stability in our community.
