Position Summary:We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst Support professionalto work at our Federal Agency customer site in Auburn, Washington.Primary Responsibilities Include:Setup and monitor contractor accounts and reconcile records.Make vendor contacts where necessary in order to rectify issuesPayment Validation (Funds Processing)– Review account activity, ensure no recording issues, make corrections to account activity, take actions for error identification and correction. Closeout task orders, identify issues, contact vendors, and request contracting officer assistance when needed.Verify contract references for payment submissions.Process refunds.Generate and distribute routine systems reports on a periodic release schedule.Generate reports and update dashboards utilizing Excel and Google Spreadsheets, slides, and documents. Pull data from internal systems and incorporate into dashboards and spreadsheets for use in organizational reporting.Conduct system quality assurance review and reconciliation.Conduct invoice data quality assurance review and reconciliation.Apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to research and gather narrative and/or statistical information and applicable work methods and procedures to meet reporting deadlines.Apply analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. Apply analytical and evaluative techniques during the administration of customer service to program stakeholders, to include – communication with key program stakeholders, analysis of account information, metrics tracking, account reconciliation activities, and document review and storage.Conduct studies of statistical, descriptive, or evaluative information, materials, and data, to choose, interpret or adapt available guidelines to specific issues or subjects studied.Assist in preparing or preparing and delivering dynamic and robust presentations and training to management and industry partners.Collaborate with program stakeholders to ensure implementation and sustainment of initiatives.Your Education & Experience:Must be a U.S. citizen.Bachelor's Degree in a related field required.5 years of experience required, preferably in a Federal government setting.Strong research and analytical skills a must.Utilize strong customer service and communication skillsAbility to learn how to use program specific systems and applicationsStrong negotiation skills.Skilled Problem SolverSkilled with incremental IT application developmentMS Office and Google Applications proficiency a must.Must successfully pass a Federal background investigation.Why Consider This Opportunity:Great benefit package with benefits that start on date of hire.401 (k) employer match, with 100% immediate vesting.Work environment where you have a lot of independence.Ability to work with a purpose and make an impact.Work for an employer where core values are not just written on paper but lived.MIRACORP is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
