Job DescriptionSafelite recalibration services are quickly growing as advanced safety systems continue to become standard equipment on new vehicles. This rapid increase in business creates the need for new KPIs and enhanced analytical support. The Sr. Financial Analyst – Recalibration will assist in the formation, auditing and implementation of recalibration metrics. This individual will support regional conversion managers as well as several stakeholders across the organization who will rely on standard and non–standard reports in a timely fashion. This high–visibility role will build and maintain "recalibration" specific reports and scorecards and will be available for deeper insight as needed to help understand and root–cause specific issues. A successful candidate will have experience growing trusted partnerships with field operators and become the go–to person to understand areas of opportunity. So, we'll strive to give you what you need to have a happy work/life balance.Essential Activities:Organize and analyze large quantities of data to identify areas of business opportunities and provide insight in potential solutionsSummarize and present data and analysis in concise and efficient mannerSupport AVP of Recalibration Services in reporting, data analysis, and other ad hoc projectsWork with regional conversion managers and assisting team to find areas of opportunity for training, compliance, and additional toolsWork with data teams to help build, audit, and implement new recalibration KPI'sFulfill ad hoc requests from business partnersWork with FP, Belron, and BTO on monthly reporting dutiesOther duties assigned by managementRequirements:Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS/BFA) or equivalent5–8 years analytics experience requiredData definition, KPI development, Ops support, and scorecard creationMicrosoft Office Experience (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with large data sets, proficiency in database tools a plusTableau or other visualization software experience a plusApply now!We're known as an auto glass company.
