You Are:
The Process Audit & Continuous Improvement Analyst supports improving the organization performance and achievement of program goals by documenting and standardizing internal and core services end-to-end processes. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans, estimates, scope, and requirements from implementation to deployment.
The Work:
- Supports Desk Lead with Traffic Management tasks
- Supports Desk Lead capturing and assigning new work requests to the Creative Team
- Revises continuously the existing processes and documentation to identify optimizations and efficiencies
- Audits processes across all Desks to identify process and knowledge areas to standardize
- Owns the Actions Tracker and Risk Log to ensure completion of agreed actions
- Organizes team's internal documentation (ACCN Sharepoint), ensuring each internal process has its detailed process flow (v-dash requests, partner screening, creative processes, etc.)
- Creates detailed process flows and documents any missing or new process
- Reviews detail process maps and ensure they are up to date
- Works in alignment with Process & Standardization PM and provides backend support
- Keeps track of process and requirement changes
- Reports and manages overall documentation improvements and updates status back to the different stakeholders
- Manages missing information requests
- Tracks, prioritizes and manages many open cases simultaneously
