Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Business Process Services professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.

You Are:

The Process Audit & Continuous Improvement Analyst supports improving the organization performance and achievement of program goals by documenting and standardizing internal and core services end-to-end processes. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans, estimates, scope, and requirements from implementation to deployment.

The Work:
  • Supports Desk Lead with Traffic Management tasks
  • Supports Desk Lead capturing and assigning new work requests to the Creative Team
  • Revises continuously the existing processes and documentation to identify optimizations and efficiencies
  • Audits processes across all Desks to identify process and knowledge areas to standardize
  • Owns the Actions Tracker and Risk Log to ensure completion of agreed actions
  • Organizes team's internal documentation (ACCN Sharepoint), ensuring each internal process has its detailed process flow (v-dash requests, partner screening, creative processes, etc.)
  • Creates detailed process flows and documents any missing or new process
  • Reviews detail process maps and ensure they are up to date
  • Works in alignment with Process & Standardization PM and provides backend support
  • Keeps track of process and requirement changes
  • Reports and manages overall documentation improvements and updates status back to the different stakeholders
  • Manages missing information requests
  • Tracks, prioritizes and manages many open cases simultaneously
