Job Description:

The Domain Management role supports the Treasury Data Management organization, within Corporate Treasury. As part of this team, this role will be responsible for delivering services which are essential to the organization's business processes through management of Enterprise policy/standards/regulatory adherence. In this role you will need to be pro-active, strategic and be able to approach all activities with a risk-mitigating and executive communication-style mindset. The role is responsible for managing risk by ensuring adherence to the Enterprise Data Management policies/standards/regulations, developing/improving processes performed by organization and collecting and validating key metrics used in reporting for key stakeholders that represent health of the organization. Functions may include: maintaining sound processes for upkeep of all relevant adherence evidence, working across Treasury and external business partners to drive adherence requirements/needs, building and maintaining relationships with Enterprise, TDM and broader Treasury stakeholders and relevant control partners (audit, risk, compliance).

  • Skilled at interpreting complex information in terms your audience can comprehend, whether you are communicating with SME's or providing distilled easy-to-understand headlines internally
  • Known for developing and improving upon procedures, processes and routines while ensuring compliance via horizontal and vertical influence and engagement.
  • Naturally curious, and love to immerse yourself in almost limitless data, looking for new information to support key business and executive goals along with inspire new strategies and direction
  • Known for your ability to interact on a daily basis with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on organizational metrics


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and document an end-to-end strategy and ensure tactical priorities are met
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with peers and multiple levels of management
  • Strong problem solving, conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
  • Proven ability to simultaneously manage a variety of business functions, adapt to changing business needs and multi-task/prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Process design and Improvement experience and training
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint
  • Self-starting, organized, proactive and requiring minimal management oversight
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and influence others
  • Solid understanding of risk management, finance and data management concepts
  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business or related field - or related work experience
