The Business Analyst position is aligned with our internal business teams to support user requirements gathering, processes flows and user story construction for key business initiatives. The position will be working in a collaborative team environment, with independent duties. The Business Analyst role will be working on the implementation of our new Warranty Information and Servicer Hub that will support the processes and workflow for our business. Responsibilities include, but not limited to leading business event storming sessions for gathering requirements, creating user stories, participating in grooming sessions and sprint planning.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders and IT to analyze, define and document business requirements.
Facilitate sign-off of requirements by required stakeholders.
• Analyze and evaluate options to recommend the most efficient and cost effective solutions to meet
business requirements.
• Participate in project/product development and implementation to ensure the business outcomes are
achieved and effective handover for ongoing support is in place.
• Work on projects with a broad scope, involving multiple systems.
• Develop user acceptance test plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements.
• Participate in User acceptance testing.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree with business, technology, or operational focus or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years in a business analyst role, with experience analyzing and solving business problems through the development and implementation of business applications.
• Analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, including meeting facilitation and relationship management.
• Sales and/or Finance experience.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with reporting tools and/or SQL a plus.
• Experience writing business requirements in user story format.
Employment at AIG Warranty
This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours. This position may start in a remote capacity- as we are currently working remotely in order to ensure proper social distancing measure are met. Once the team moves back into the offices, this position will report full time to our offices at 650 Missouri Avenue in Jeffersonville, IN.
