Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary finance support for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of enterprise wide capital spend and depreciation expense

• Liaise with Fixed Assets to perform controls on monthly actuals for both invoiced and paid activity

• Business partner with key budget owners to understand evolving capital needs, driving periodic capital forecasts

• Provide depreciation forecasts for most regions and functions to FP&A team

• Provide cash disbursement forecasts to Treasury

• Ensure capital constraints and other capital-related project issues are escalated to FP&A and Invigorate teams

• Business partner with functional leadership to lend strategic insight to business cases, and ad hoc preparation of capex documents

• Assist in negotiation support for purchasing of capital equipment

• Ownership of Capital Essbase cube, including monthly upload of actuals, and performance of reconciliations and other controls

• Reporting of capital spend actuals to over ~30 internal budget owners from Essbase cube and fixed asset data

• Issuing of program codes for newly identified capital projects

• Redesign of existing accounting and other data-driven processes

Preferred Background:

• MBA or equivalent degree

• 3-5 years experience in finance or accounting

• Strong excel skills
