THE POSITION
Overview:
Responsible for the provision of data for budget, forecast and monthly closing (P&L and balance sheet items), with a focus on performing variance analysis and providing management with information concerning plant performance.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide plant performance analysis with appropriate level of explanation and detail (translation of any technical items along this facility to financial data).
- Compile, analyze and explain monthly actual data for month end closing. Provide reporting and variation analysis to local management and to Business Unit headquarters in Germany.
- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast (P&L statement and Balance Sheet). Analyze and explain main impacts.
- Work with plant staff to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Compile and analyze manufacturing data for management reporting, such as CRP, loss makers, and cost of quality.
- Coordinate and maintain the timeliness and accuracy of the standard costing system.
- Coordinate investment controlling activities.
- Special projects and further assignments as required.

Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Relevant Bachelors degree
• 2 years work experience in manufacturing Controlling / Finance
• In-depth knowledge of cost accounting rules, P&L and balance sheet items.
• Strong working ability with a large ERP system and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills

PREFERRED
• 5 years finance experience w/ relevant Bachelors degree
• Strong working experience with SAP
