Robert Half Finance & Accounting is working with a Global Hi-Tech Services Company with offices in Billerica looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join its team. This is a direct hire opportunity, open due to growth, reporting directly to the Accounts Payable Manager

Our client is looking for the following credentials...

- At least 2+ years of progressive experience in full cycle Accounts Payable
- Experience processing Checks and automated ACH & Wire transactions
- Advanced Excel (MUST BE able to do Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's)
- Experience working in a team environment
- Great Plains software experience is preferred but not required
- Strong presentation, professionalism, and energy
- Degree a plus, not required

Requirements

BS Degree preferred, but not required.
2+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong systems skills. Greats Plains preferred.
