Our client is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. Experience managing payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, and full cycle A/P, will be crucial to this Full Charge Bookkeeper role. What you get to do every day

- Enter Accounts Payable

- Manage sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments

- experience in in credit card management and reconciliation

- Experience with Accounts Receivable

- Iron out subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement

- Govern monthly accounting close

- Other special projects as requested

- Mark budget transfers

- Produce cash flow projections, as needed

- Recap business license and gross receipts

- Assemble cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.

- Provide monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents

- Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

- Self-starter and strong ethical standards

- Comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks

- Quickbooks Online experience required

- Deep understanding of general ledger

- Accounts Payable (AP) experience preferred

- Payroll experience

- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

- Demonstrated ability to implement solutions, strong analytical and communication skills as well

- Dynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

- Sound written and verbal communication skills

- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

- Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
