Robert Half Finance & Accounting is seeking a Sr. Accountant for a Manchester NH company. The desired candidate should have experience as an Accountant and be able to process payroll. The desired candidate should have both Payroll and Accounting knowledge and be able to work in a team culture. Someone with Account Reconciliations, Journal Entries, and some Sales Tax experience along with Payroll processing are encouraged to apply. Sr. Accountants role who will process payroll and work with research, GAAP, and work with all Accounting & Finance related functions such as GL, Month and Year End, reporting, etc. Large ERP experience necessary.
Requirements
- Current and relevant ERP system experience
- Attention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
- Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills
- BA/BS in Accounting preferred
- Proficiency in general ledger
- Foundational knowledge in month end closings
