Applied Memetics LLC has an immediate-hire opportunity for (4) Nuvolo Business Analyst Trainers to support our Veterans Administration (VA) customer in Chantilly, VA. U.S. Citizenship is required. Start date of 4/16/3030 for 2 trainers and start of 5/16/2020 for the other 2 trainers.

Responsibilities

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a wide array of training programs and materials that support the initiatives of the Services and Innovation teams relating to Nuvolo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). As the Trainer, you will be required to complete a modest amount of travel to and from client locations, however we will leverage a largely remote services delivery model for our Services team. As the Trainer, you will help implement and assist with developing training materials must have experience in the analysis of IT business and information environment, activities, and events.

As a Trainer, you must have experience in coordinating multiple training programs, conducting live training, including complex IT technical training and utilizing multiple training techniques and tools with various media with multiple student skill levels and class sizes.

Other Key Responsibilities
  • 5+ years of client-facing training / consulting experience required
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the evolving needs of Nuvolo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) such as new admin training, functional training, partner training and user training
  • Partner with the Services and Innovation teams to continuously identify and address training gaps and needs
  • Train both Partners and Clients on EAM
  • Create and maintain up-to-date training materials and resources
  • Develop testing and evaluation procedures and training modules
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide structured recommendations for improvement
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analysis of training activities
  • Utilize established and effective presentation and facilitation skills including creative training and accelerated learning techniques via a variety of training delivery methods
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
  • ServiceNow Trainer certification is preferred
  • ITIL v3 certification preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and achieve clear, realistic, and challenging goals that are aligned with targeted business results
  • Self-motivated and able to lead and excel in a high-pressured environment without significant oversight
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver curriculum through a variety of methods and vehicles
  • Experience developing growth strategies and related training materials for IT Service Management, Cloud, and other related technologies and/or services
  • Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills/experience working directly with customers and clients
  • Expert public speaking, technical writing, and communication skills
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Possession of the highest level of integrity and confidentiality regarding proprietary company information Trainer experience enterprise asset management (EAM) platform experience
  • Trainer experience transforming the power of modern, cloud-based service management
  • The mental dexterity needed to handle a healthy level of ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities and continuously finding areas to deliver value
  • The ability to bridge the gap between technical and business and facilitating design discussions with people of all skills (business, technical, leadership)


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Senior Trainers (2 roles):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent . An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow, however experience with other enterprise-class IWMS programs may be considered

Trainers (2 roles):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow, however experience with other enterprise-class IWMS programs may be considered

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4 to 6 years of programming experience in any language, hands-on experience in JavaScript programming
  • Good to have training implementation experience with Web Services, Middleware Solutions such as TIBCO, J2EE, .NET or other integration technologies
  • ITIL cert. preferred
