We are looking for a professional with strong retail & wholesale experiences to transform and raise our PA&A (Parts, Accessories & Apparels) business operations, planning, reporting & analysis to a world class level.

As a member of the North America Finance team, the Financial Analyst is responsible for to work with the Regional Business Leaders (RBL) & Other Commercial Leaders to accurately plan, analyse and optimize our products & services sales and margins.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Forecast, report & analyse weekly/monthly regional sales & margins performance
  • Translate the budget target in commercial objectives & develop the region financial strategic plan
  • Monitors metrics for each product categories and dealer performance and perform detailed drill-down to develop insight and accelerate profitable growth
  • Assess on-going business risk and opportunities and advise management on required action
  • Elaborate, put in place and monitor sales programs strategy with focus on ROI measurement
  • Maintain expertise and ensure the technology and ERP (SAP, TM1) systems are supporting the PA&A business processes and sales program operations
  • Work with S&OP Leaders to coordinate the global purchase cycle, connecting local management bottom-up forecast with top-down planning and targets
  • Support closing the book analysis & control execution
  • Participate to dealer network performance analysis and develop improvement action plan with regional business leaders (RBL)
  • Provide analytical support for global projects & regional go-to market initiatives
  • Contribute to the global best practices & system integration & optimization to drive operational excellence.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or data
  • More than 5 years of financial management experience preferably in FP&A or analytic role in a leading international wholesaler and/or retailer environment
  • Commercial programs
  • Dealer / Franchise Financial management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel functions required. SAP and Cognos TM1 knowledge would be an asset
  • BI Tools (Power BI) and SQL advanced knowledge strongly desired
  • Team player with collaborative spirit before anything else
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience challenging the status-quo and "don't be afraid to fail" mindset
  • Business and financial acumen to support decisions as a business partner
  • Advance analytical skill and detailed oriented
  • Willingness to learn and constantly improve
  • Able to work unsupervised and manage independently in a fast-paced environment
