This position is responsible for leading the efforts in collecting, analyzing, verifying and communicating requirements for approved projects to the business owners and project team members. Provide oversight for business analysis initiatives and deliverables completed by other members of Enterprise Services. Complies with Enterprise Services' best practices, processes, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned deliverables are high quality and cost effective and meet anticipated and agreed upon results. Continuously solicits feedback from Enterprise Services team members as well as project and assignment team members.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum six (6) years information technology experience required.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in business analysis, systems installation, implementations, development, and/or quality assurance required.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in a Business Analyst role required.
• Successful completion of Business Analysis CCBA or CBAP Certification achieved year one and sustained required.
• Successful completion of Project Management CAPM or PMP Certification desirable.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Analysis Knowledge Areas; basic understanding of system design concepts; knowledge of software usability principles, understanding of testing principles and processes; ability to write and review test cases.
• Strong MS Office skills required, including, but not limited to: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Mentors other Business Analysts in the BA Knowledge Areas and promotes standardization across the organization.
• Provides oversight on multiple assignments and/or projects simultaneously using appropriate business analysis practices and methodologies to ensure customer needs are met.
• Conducts detailed research and review in order to define requirements and understand the purpose for which the assignment or project was initiated, ensuring the solution meets the need.
• Ensures consistency in detailed functional and technical requirements documentation acting as the liaison between the business and technology experts, leads team discussions, directs and coordinates analysis activities in order to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
• Leads in defining a business solution with the business and technical team based on approved business requirements, ensuring a complete understanding of the business problem.
• Possesses a high-level understanding of software design; ability to evaluate vendor software packages.
• Ability to estimate solution costs and benefits; creates business case for communicating the solution for approval.
• Ability to create an open environment conducive to freely sharing information and ideas. Experienced in practicing active listening, interviewing, and facilitation and documentation techniques.
• Provides oversight for a comprehensive library of baseline documentation and business rules for assignments and/or projects.
• Runs effective meetings; conducts formal and informal presentations; writes clear emails and status reports.
• Tracks progress of assignments working with business and technical project team members. Works to resolve issues and ensure progress to agreed deliverables.
• Partners with various internal resources to provide ongoing troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manages changes to requirements, facilitates approvals and communicates changes across project teams.
• Ability to utilize appropriate modeling techniques; ability to prototype user interfaces.
• Prepares and conducts formal presentations for project governance processes. May assist with governance meetings, preparing the agendas, collecting the presentations, and facilitation of the meetings.
• Responsible for relationship development with key business sponsors and provides leadership on all assignments.
• Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.
• Model and foster behaviors that support the Bank's values and corporate culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to the organization.
• Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

• Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required.
• No out-of-town travel is anticipated but may be required depending on competency and project assignments.
• Requires a flexible work schedule that can be coordinated with other Enterprise Services team members to ensure coverage for project activities.
• Flexible work schedule that will include some evenings and weekends.
• Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
