Cenveo, a world leader in the management and distribution of print and related offerings is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant in its Mt. Pleasant, PA facility.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or equivalent and 3-7 years of relevant work experience.

Job Summary
Under minimal supervision performs a wide variety of advanced clerical and accounting functions in general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control or related financial areas.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Maintains accounting records and prepares reports on inventory control.
* Assists in preparing, adjusting and closing journal entries.
* Analyzes and reconciles any inconsistencies between manual and computerized systems.
* Reviews transactions for completeness, accuracy and proper authorization.
* Communicates with vendors, customers, and internal departments to maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
* Responsible for preparation and analysis of inventory receipts, usage, adjustments, and cycle counts.
* Participates in physical inventories and assists in inventory control.
* Responsible for preparation and analysis of manufacturing cost reports and costing audits.
* Tracks and computes cost savings.
" Analyzes inventory accuracy and value.
* Item cost analysis
* Daily cycle counts, auditing, and reconciliations.
* Product line analysis.
* Filing
* Performs variance analysis.
* Analyzes general ledger entries and prepares appropriate reconciliations.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions
* Environment is typically general office, though the incumbent may spend short periods in the manufacturing/ warehouse environments with exposure including but not limited to dust, dirt, high noise levels, and variations in temperature. Occasional exposure to one or more unpleasant or hazardous conditions 6% to 20% of work time.
