Valvoline's Internal Audit Department offers career-minded individuals exceptional opportunities for professional development and growth. We are an independent, objective assurance and advisory services team adding value and improving the organization's operations. A systematic, disciplined approach is used to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. We assist members of the organization in the effective discharge of their responsibilities by furnishing them with analyses, appraisals, recommendations, and counsel, and by promoting effective control and compliance at reasonable cost.

• Assist auditors with execution of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) control testing
• Assist auditors with documentation of work performed
• Assist auditors with managing relationships with stakeholders
• Assist with internal audit projects and follow-up activities, as needed
• Monitor and communicate status according to established timelines

• Working towards Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or comparable major
• Ability to be resourceful and demonstrate initiative
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to thoroughly and accurately document work performed
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, result-driven team environment
• Basic Microsoft Office experience (e.g. Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
