The candidate will oversee all aspects of payroll operations, including vendor management, systems, and processes & integration, in this Payroll Manager role. Your other tasks will consist of creating timely, accurate, and compliant payrolls, making improvements to currently existing processes, and creating exceptional customer experiences. - Lead payroll staff as well as operations

- Partner with other areas in Finance, as well as Human Resources, Tax, IT, and other departments as necessary for reporting, compliance and strategic analysis

- Create and maintain a team in addition to guiding it to much success

- Oversee record keeping and control systems to provide internal safeguards

- Take responsibility for internal and external audits

- Oversee pre- and post-payroll auditing/reconciling procedures and troubleshoot anomalies

- Complete payroll analysis when needed

- Work with other members of senior Finance leadership team to finish tasks properly

- Present information and respond to questions from senior executives and cross-functional business leaders

- Create all weekly, monthly, and special compensation payroll runs. Clarify pay policies (LOA, disability, worker's compensation, vacation, bonus, etc.) and make sure proper amounts/deductions are applied to earnings codes in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws

- Enhance current processes by suggesting, leading, and working on projects

- Trouble shoot issues in Oracle Cloud

- Less than one year of experience is acceptable

- Experience working with payroll-related cloud-based technology solutions

- Skilled in a number of payroll applications

- This position requires strong interpersonal skills for the candidate to be successful

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- bi-Monthly Payroll experience preferred

- Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud is a must have

- Strong familiarity with Reconcile Payroll Prior

- Certified Payroll Profession (CPP) certification essential
