Primary Function ofPosition:

The FinancialAnalyst 1 is a recent college graduate looking to learn a foundation ofcritical skills to support a career in Corporate Finance or Sales Operationsthrough a rotation program. The programruns for two years, composed of four 6-month rotations through variousfunctions such as Corporate FP&A, Product Ops FP&A, CorporateAccounting and Commercial Finance. Atthe conclusion of the 2-year rotation, graduates of the program matriculateinto experienced roles within the finance organization to support ourfast-growing business.

Thisposition supports the organization by providing financial and operational businessperformance analyses to management. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizesrecommendations for financial plans, future requirements and operatingforecasts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor,identify and communicate financial and operational performance to seniorleaders within Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product Operations or G&Afunctions
• Providebusiness analytics and statistical analysis to support the business decisionmaking process.
• Developfinancial models and review and assess investments based on ROI calculationsand business strategy
• Providefinancial controllership for cost center budgeting and forecasting
• Supportthe month-end close process
• Generatemonthly reporting and business metrics packages
• Supportmonthly and quarterly processes
• Monitorand analyze effectiveness of resource utilization
• Designand implement scalable processes to report key business metrics
• Createad-hoc analyses and business forecasts
• Identifyand drive implementation of cost reduction and process improvement projects
• Workwith all functional groups to meet financial goals

Qualifications

Skill/Job Requirements:

• BSin Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree
• 0-3years related experience
• Strongexcel skills are a necessity (pivot tables, VBA macros, lookup functions,shortcuts)
• Abilityto learn business systems and application (such as Hyperion, Essbase, Ariba,Tableau, SQL)
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Superbanalytical skills with a focus on solving complex business issues
• Provenself-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
