HUIT offers opportunities for IT professionals to learn and work in a unique technology landscape and service-focused environment. If you are a technically proficient, nimble, user-focused and accountable IT professional who also connects with the importance of collaborating well in a team environment, we are looking for you!

The Senior Business Analyst will join the small team that supports Harvard's video conferencing service and the Zoom platform. Rolled out in 2019, Zoom's use and importance has grown at the University over the last year and is now a central University platform supporting teaching, learning, research, administration and student life across all Harvard schools and departments. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate across the University to improve the video conference service by providing support to users and identifying additional enhancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will feel comfortable managing a variety of tasks and projects independently and demonstrate a capacity to adapt and learn quickly. At times, the Senior Business Analyst may gather requirements, draft communications or help administer the platform. The Senior Business Analyst may support other End User Services as needed.
