Accounting Manager Job Duties:

• Manages and oversees the daily operations of the accounting department
• Responsible for organizing and updating financial data
• Working with HR and various departments to ensure appropriate legal compliance and act as POC for external auditors
• Prepare quarterly reporting package and preparing with annual budget
• Ensure internal controls and procedures are in place to facilitate the accuracy of the financial statements, safeguard the company''s assets and promote operational efficiency.
• Other related duties as assigned and needed by the Department

Accounting Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required
• 5 + years of accounting management experience
• Strong financial and accounting system knowledge
• Exceptional work ethic, able to work a flexible schedule, confident, and a self-starter
