Looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable Representative that has a natural ability to take on tasks head on with ease.

Immediate need for an Accounts Payable Rep with great communication, expresses a high level of integrity and demonstrates a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
Will be responsible for reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions, etc.
AA Degree a MUST
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
Strong Organizational Skills
Microsoft Office Proficiency
QuickBooks
