- Maintain book and corporate accounting records
- Coach, develop, and manage assistants
- Day-to-day operations, financial management & reporting
- Develop policies and procedures
- Deliver the highest level of work
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 year experience
- Previous accounting skill set
- Strong computer program knowledge such as MS Office Suite, as well as Yardi software
- Organization skills & and ability to keep business matters confidential
COMPENSATION
- Full benefits package
- $85K - $90K BOE
