Description
The Hampton Inn in Concord/Bow is looking for someone to join our team! This position will be part time, we are looking for a candidate who will work the overnight audit shift from 11pm to 7am on Fridays and Saturdays. We are looking for a responsible, reliable and driven person to be a part of our very dedicated, hard-working team. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• General upkeep of office appearance
• Running the audit for the hotel at the end of each business day
• Completing accounting reports using excel spreadsheets and other applications
• Answer all phone calls from guest rooms, outside lines, and internal call with proper telephone etiquette
• Making reservations for guests via phone or in person
• Greeting and helping guests in a friendly, efficient and polite manner
• Fulfilling guest requests, communicating with other departments to ensure things get done
• Checking in and checking out guests
• Processing payment methods
• Follow all cash handling/banking procedures as per standard operating procedures
• Ensuring accuracy of guest information in our property management system
• Delivering receipts to guest rooms after the audit

High School Diploma or higher level of education
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications a plus
