Kelly Services is seeking a Finance Analyst II for a global multinational risk management, insurance brokerage and advisory company in Philadelphia, PA.

Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour


The Enterprise Client Revenue Reporting Team (within Enterprise FP&A) manages Company-wide requests for client revenue-related information, supporting teams across the business with critical, time-sensitive analysis and reporting.

We are recruiting a new temporary finance analyst to support ongoing growth in requests for client revenue reporting and analysis whilst a new reporting tool is implemented - and we therefore expect this role to last for circa 6 months. The successful candidate will join an existing team of 6, who are geographically spread across the US and UK, with 1 team member based in Philadelphia.

The role:
• Revenue reporting and analysis of our clients across all internal company segments and geographies, using a variety of internal tools with outputs delivered via Microsoft Excel
• Complementing internal client data with external research - validating client ownership, industry or turnover information from web-based tools such as Factiva
• Engage effectively with the business, build strong working relationships, understand their requests and generate appropriate reporting outputs
• Provide direct support to the Enterprise Client Revenue Reporting Manager and other members of Enterprise Client Revenue Reporting team as required
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects as required

• Preferably a finance-related qualification or recent experience of working within the finance department of a company
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of office products, with a particular focus on Excel
• Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and prioritization skills
• Have the drive to get tasks completed to tight deadlines whilst not losing attention to detail
• An ability to work well independently, as all other team members are based in different US and UK locations
• Experience of MI reporting tools / data dash-boarding tools such as Power BI would be advantageous but not essential

Additional Details:

On top of the detailed job description above, our client wants to ensure that there is an element of repetition here for this role - essentially following a repeatable process to generate reports in Excel but still must exercise some judgment and an attention to detail. Great Excel skills are a must.
