Located in Redmond, WA Salary: $45-55
• Monthly financial reporting: o Work with external vendors/suppliers and internal partners and stakeholders to track spend and forecasts by line of business, media partner, media channel, and market. o Produce monthly Global Media financial reports and present to Finance and Media Team leadership. • Quarterly financial accountability: o Ensure each line of business adheres to their quarterly forecasts/budgets and identify areas of risk and opportunity. o Act as the single point of contact for budget and forecast accuracy, working with internal teams to determine allocation of resources to produce accurate forecasts and communicate those forecasts to senior audiences. • Quarterly forecasting: o Partner with line of business leads to update forecasts each quarter • Manage the PO creation process o Ensure PO creation process is compliant and under the established guidelines o Work with teams to ensure they are clear on PO creation process and policy • Invoice Management o Ensure the Global Media invoice management process is compliant and under the established guidelines o Work with teams to ensure they are clear on invoice management process and policy, and remaining compliant.
