Job Description

Contract Duration: 3 months

Recommended pay rate: $29

Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, and work well under pressure and on strict deadlines with ability to work flexible working hours. Extremely proficient In Excel (Macros, PivotTables, Formulas, etc) Word, PowerPoint and Access. Strong communications skills: both verbal and written and strong organizational skills. Aggressive, results oriented self starter and Quick, agile learner who can identify control weaknesses. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment. Knowledge with Six Sigma / Lean training

Qualifications

  • Candidates have to pass MS Excel online test
  • Knowledge of FINRA rules and regulations- Reg T, 15c3-3, 17a-13
  • Understanding of MS Suite, stock record and/or broker dealer books and records concepts.

Desired Skills:
  • Previous Computer Information Systems and/or brokerage operations experience, preferably in an accounting, settlements or control department.
