Primary Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable
- Responsible to submit all invoices to our customers through use of various media, such as internet portals, email, or through courier, and resolve any invoice discrepancies
- Responsible to respond to internal or external requests such as copy for customer PO, invoice, timesheets, etc.
- Responsible for scanning checks to the bank through remote deposit
- Mailing invoices to customers who receive invoices by mail
- Serve as a backup for collection, customer set up and credit card process
Accounts Payable
- Responsible for processing check runs
- Serve as a backup for vouchering invoices
Skills:
- Data entry skills
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Required:
- Two (2) years of experience in accounting
- AA in Accounting or relevant experience
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Flexible and great personality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to multitask and adapt to a changing environment
- Attention to detail
