Job Description

Social Media Company located in Omaha, Nebraska seeks an Accounts Payable Analyst for an immediate long term contract role.

Invoicing Associate Functions:

• Ensure that customers meet invoicing requirements
• Obtain necessary information from advertiser and or working with sales representative to begin invoicing setup
• Evaluate invoices for information accuracy and correct account setup
• Invoicing opportunity setup and post-setup changes within Salesforce
• Collaboration with others to ensure credit worthiness of advertiser
• Daily review of incoming inquiries/tickets related to invoicing
• Collaboration with other Invoicing Associates/LMS Support team members to ensure available invoicing setup is complete
• Perform all day-to-day activities related to Invoicing
• Special Invoicing/Billing Projects as Requested
• Must have ability to work independently, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player and customer service oriented
• Collaborate with internal Business Partners to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Understanding of invoicing/billing processes
• Work closely with the LMS Support team to ensure LinkedIn's standard of operational excellence is met

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

• Four-year degree in accounting, business or a related field preferred
• Experience working in a public, global company environment driving change and scalability
• Experience working with diverse cultures

• Deadline and results oriented
• Strong, professional interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work in a changing, complex, fast-growing environment
• Grasp of billing/invoicing functions
• The ability to function as part of a team and engage with others
• Unquestionable integrity
• Working knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud and Salesforce is a bonus

Additional Information

Pay Rate is $15-$22 per hour depending on experience.
