PrideStaff, a firm specializing in staffing and recruiting for Central Oregon businesses is seeking a Bookkeeper / Administrative Specialist to support a well established company in Redmond, OR. This is a mid level Bookkeeping role with a high volume of invoicing and AR, small volume of AP, and moderate volume of Administrative assistance auditing orders and work flows. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of AP/AR experience, andadministrative support experience auditing work flows.

Confidentiality:This position will handle confidential information that belongs to ourclients.
Supervision:This position has supervision.The employee does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Basic Working Conditions:The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time during normal business hours Monday through Friday. The employee must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. The employee will need to be able to reach, bend, push and lift up 25 lbs throughout the day.

Bookkeeper / Administrative Specialist Responsibilities:
- Check and verify sales orders processed by customer service prior to shipping
- Process credit card payments for customer orders
- Review and verify customer POs match orders
- Invoice customer orders
- Prepare checks, payments and deposits
- Process credit applications, work with customers requesting payment terms
- Manager accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Allocate and post financial transaction details to subsidiary books
- Check orders entered by Customer Service Reps before handing to Production
- Assist and support other office staff as necessary to handle overall workflow, cover for absent and/or vacationing employees
- 5 years of recent AP and AR experience in a high volume office
- Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
- Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
