The Role:
We are looking for a Gaming Regulatory Reporting BA to join our Central Projects Office team in New Jersey, service office.
Are you our next star player?
In the last few years, the landscape for PokerStars operations has gradually moved into markets that get regulated. One of the key areas in the move to regulated markets is automated regulatory reporting. This serves the regulators need for control, supervision, monitoring and revenue/tax calculations.
We need someone to help translating regulatory reporting requirements and business guidelines into functional specifications and business rules. Someone eager to make sure we achieve accurate regulatory reporting with reasonable development efforts and to the satisfaction of the regulators.
Why we need you?
As GRRBA, you will perform analysis of information received from regulators and be understands how our system should be improved/modified for complying with them.
You will use provided guidelines and analysis conclusions for writing detailed business specifications, which are implemented into development teams for implementation
Work closely with the development teams during requirements review and implementation phases, ensuring complete and accurate implementation, and promptly addressing questions raised
Connect to other PokerStars teams and partners (Casino, Sportsbook, Poker, Compliance, Finance, Tax, Loyalty & Bonusing...) for getting required information and for ensuring regulatory reports accurately reflect the system.
Ideas for process improvements are always welcome.

Who we are looking for?
- Educated to degree level in computer science or another technology related field or proven technical experience such that they can work comfortably with developers and data analysts.
- Knowledge and understanding of our offering, products, systems and tools.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Having a desire to fully understand things they work on, not willing to compromise on partial understanding.
- Ability to lead and prioritize high volumes of responsibilities autonomously without delays in results and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to write clear technical requirements documents.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
- Familiarity with XML / XSD;
- Programming experience;
- Product Management experience;
- Standout colleague.
