Kelly is seeking a Receptionist/Bookkeeper to work with our Billings based client on a temp-to-hire basis, starting ASAP!

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Directing calls
  • Taking service orders
  • General office tasks
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Deposits
  • Balancing accounts
  • Generating reports
  • Payroll
Qualifications:
  • Basic bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Excellent written and phone communications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • QuickBooks experience a plus
  • Solid organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Computer skills such as data entry
