Description
With the commitment to continuously strengthen our talented workforce, we are currently looking for a highly analytical and independent Senior Finance Analyst, to be part of Cummins Global Planning & Logistics (GPL) team base at Pandan Avenue, Singapore. This role is responsible for supporting analysis and month end financial closing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, forecast, report and collaborate with stakeholders to obtain information for data analysis, cost savings review and supporting site team in managing logistics' costs.
- Prepare analysis and reports to review financial performance (actual vs forecast, actual vs AOP) for internal review and corporate submission.
- Work with assigned organizational units to develop annual budgets, expense and staffing forecasts.
- Prepare consolidated financial data, statistical reporting, which includes financial performance, variance explanations and cost analysis.
- Perform month end closing activities (accruals, cross-charges, and other related tasks.
- Oversee Fixed Assets, including asset count as per policy.
- Support statutory work and will assist in audits and tax matters.
Key Criteria / Skills Required:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with strong accounting principles.
- Qualified Accountant preferred.
- Advanced Excel knowledge, with ability to manage numerous worksheets.
- Statutory working experience preferred.
- Financial analysis experience advantageous.
- Action oriented, collaborative, communicates effectively.
