Reports to: Senior Manager, IT

Location: Marsiling, Singapore (5-10 mins walk from Woodlands MRT / bus interchange)

Office hours: Mon-Fri, 830am-530pm

Position Summary:

This is a client facing role for Quote to Cash Projects and Regional support. Overall, the candidate will be responsible for the end to end Lifecycle of deployment activities like Business requirement Analysis and facilitation, configuration, testing, cutover and go-live planning. The Primary technology focus will be on Oracle Enterprise One and linkages of the quote to cash process from SalesForce.com, SAP and Agile for Item creation.

The role will challenge you to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives like Quote to Cash standardization projects in the region, managing Business Demand and enhancements in the ERP for changing business scenario's and requirements.

The role will require the candidate to possess strong communication skills and the ability to work with the APAC regional Business users, IT and Global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business needs and suggest system improvements
• Collect business requirement
• System configuration and development to meet the business requirement
• Prepare functional specifications for development, configuration and testing
• Validate and test configuration
• Support user testing and data migration
• Train the users and provide go-live support
• Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process
• Work closely and communicate with the global team in the USA
• Comply with company's Global IT Policies and Procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or similar qualification and/or relevant experience, training and proven delivery capability.
• Oracle E1 Quote to Cash experience of minimum 4-7 years which should include implementation, support, design, training and configuration
• Must have experience with a major ERP platform such as Oracle E1 - strongly required and/or SAP ECC6 - desired.
• Experience in regional user co-ordination, working with Global IT teams on initiatives impacting the region is required.
• Experience with SalesForce.com, Oracle Siebel, Oracle Agile, IBM Cognos, Web Methods, MS Fast Search, Day Content Management, Comergent commerce, TRAX PPS, credit card processing, EDI, and use of SQL would be a plus
• Having experience in mapping "as-is " to "to-be " and able to perform gap analysis is a plus.
• Hands on experience in Design & Configuration and support for Oracle E1.
• Experience in component testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Positive attitude towards problem solving and working in teams
• We are looking for a team player who can plan and manage communication across different teams and client. He/She should also be able to provide business process and Oracle E1/SAP expertise and guidance on complex processes.
• Experience in maintaining, managing global templates.
• Experience in higher end mobility environment would be beneficial but not must.
• Excellent Written as well as Oral Communication Skills
• English speaking is a must.
