About This Role:

With fast growths across the region and exciting projects to be rolled out in the coming year, we are looking to add dynamic people to our ever-expanding team here in Singapore.

You will work on:

• Manage full set of accounts together with outsourced accounting firm for the entities assigned (SG, US, India, China)

• Ensure timely and accurate management reporting on monthly basis, including variance analysis

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, intercompany reconciliations, expense claims processing, AR and AP.

• Communicate with auditors and support in the preparation of statutory financial statements

• Monitor entities bank balances and prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.

• Handle tax matters, as and when required

• Improve procedures and processes; and initiate corrective actions

• Perform any ad-hoc assignments, projects and analysis as required

You will be great at this role if you have/are:

• Recognised Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel)

• Knowledge in Xero/Quickbooks/Netsuite system is an advantage

• Experience handling Subscription model revenue recognition will be an advantage

• Must be able to effectively communicate in both English and Chinese, verbally and in writing

• Independent and able to meet tight deadline

• Willing to take on special projects and assignments when appropriate

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Authorized to work in Singapore

• Singaporean or Singapore PR
