Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

Support APJ Life Sciences Group (LSG)Service Commercial team in terms of finance planning and analytical work stream.

APJ Weekly Order and Revenue Report
Support Global Power BI Daily Order and Revenue Report by providing weekly PR1 contract revenue data
Monthly forecast: consolidate and provide GSS division forecast to countries, load GSS revenue forecast in TFSMGN, submission revenue forecast to Global GSS finance
Month end closing: Smartstart training revenue reclass for IPAC countries (APJ excluding Japan), FADJ for PR1 Contract Revenue and COGS to align TFSMGN to CMR
Monthly utilization report to IPAC GSS leaders
AOP: consolidate, prepare AOP presentation, load AOP Revenue and Margin in TFSMGN, OPEX planning and load AOP in PLNR
STRAP: consolidate, prepare STRAP presentation
MBR: prepare finance slides for revenue by product classification, weekly trending, utilization, PnL, Price Impact
Spend: reporting and analysis of direct expense and operating expense, headcount and requisition tracking.
Quarter end closing: tracking of instrument installation status for installation revenue reclass and deferral
Quarterly review of installation revenue to include NPI and to align to actual cost
Quarterly review of warranty cost to include NPI and to align to actual cost
Support regional service leads in terms of ad hoc reports and analysis

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably in a multinational environment
Prefer someone with experience with IBM cognos, sap experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to problem solve ; creative and think out of the box
