We are looking to connect with Senior Finance talents for potential contract and permanent opportunities in our Regional Commercial Finance Teams.

The Commercial Finance Manager position presents an excellent opportunity to manage performance for one of the biggest and most profitable businesses in APAC, partner with a diverse set of business units and models (JVs, Licensing, 3rd party distributors, HNIs etc) and influence strategic decisions through insights from Analysis.

  • Financial leadership and cross-functional collaboration to deliver short and long-term key performance targets across portfolio of brands, countries and partnerships
  • Own and lead the full end-to-end Forecast and Reporting for P&L, B/S and Cash to Senior leaders and top management. Drive robust performance tracking, reporting and identify key opportunities and risks to deliver targets for the business.
  • Develop, frame and lead strategic recommendations, drive new insights and generate new growth opportunities through Analysis (value chain, expansions, whitespaces, new launches etc.) across portfolio of brands, countries and partnerships.
  • Shape Medium to Long term sustainable growth model, strategies and thinking for the business to deliver key company priorities over the future horizon.
  • Bring external focus on key market trends, economic developments, competitive intelligence to frame strategies and drive business delivery.
  • Joint business planning with key customers and partners on a regular basis, including financial modelling to deliver business results and controls/compliance agenda.
  • Lead, drive and step-change the annual and monthly business planning cycles for the business unit. Lead the integration of Diageo Finance Transformation agenda projects into SEA/ APAC and step-change Performance management.
  • Drive a strong internal controls framework for the business and with our partners, through management of key control processes including the compliance & risk management, whilst identifying and executing opportunities for improvements in the control framework

To be successful in this role :
  • In depth experience in Strategic business planning, Forecast and Reporting, Strong Financial and Accounting acumen.
  • Proven experience in business partnering, senior stakeholder management and influence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly flexible and agile to change.
  • A strong team player and good interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.
