The Role

A strong Financial Planning and analysis team member to support business units' financial operations, annual forecast and budget, reporting and analysis as well as business drive to jointly achieve budgeted PATMI.

Key accountabilities

  • Prepare weekly revenue dashboard and monthly management reports including operational statistics report and financial commentary. Prepare in-depth monthly performance review for Business Units CEOs and Senior Management.
  • Partner with Business Units heads and support their ad-hoc data mining and financial analysis requests. Attends monthly operation meetings, support and resolve financial matters raised.
  • Support Business Unit CEOs in establishing the yearly forecast and annual budget. Review Capex Budget submission and lead detailed budget preparation for entities assigned.
  • Review financial evaluation on capital expenditure projects. Recommend credit limit for corporate credit limit applications.
  • Lead system maintenance for service master, cost centre setup etc.
  • Coach and supervise Financial Analysts in their daily work. Support Manager / Head of Finance with any other assigned ad-hoc tasks.
  • Contribute to process improvements / automation projects.


Qualifications & Experience

  • For Senior Financial Analyst Role - Minimum 3 Years work experience with the last 2 years in a highly analytical finance role
  • For Assistant Manager / Manager Role - Minimum 5 Years work experience with the last 3 years in a highly analytical finance role
  • Experience in Healthcare Industry an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy / ACCA qualified / Chartered Accountant with prior Big 4 audit experience
  • Proficient in SAP is key
  • Meticulous, analytical, self-starter and self-motivated team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Possesses advanced working knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work and process large data sets in the reporting and analytics process
  • Good analytical and PowerPoint representation skills. Dashboard reporting tools, modelling, a plus
  • Works well in fast pace environment
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to influence for results.
