Job summary

Summary of the position:

The profile will be in charge of analyzing the requirements, writing specifications, maintaining and building the payment system of the bank. The role will focus primarily on the build and delivery required evolutions of the in-house solution in line with several projects with a high value budget. The main application to be managed is MOZART.

Main responsibilities:

• Analysis and design of MOZART.
• Contribute to the testing and support MOZART.

Main duties details:

Analysis and design of MOZART:

• Follow Business Analysis best practices and Engagement of Stakeholders across Front-to-Back functions.
• Is responsible for all analysis of functional requirements arising from the requirements of business stakeholders, business users and technology.
  Manage the requirements and provide design options for the solutions available and guide the team.
• Evaluate of alternative IT solutions and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Provide domain expertise to help define a viable business solution, working with the key business sponsors.
• Ensure that the services delivered conforms with, and contributes to the development of the business strategy.
• Assess the impacts on the project plans resulting from change requests, adhoc projects, or technology issues.
• Coordinate with various user groups and interface teams and getting them on board as interface services for various financial services.
• Manage stakeholders, risks, issues, quality, and project controls.

Contribute to the testing and support of MOZART:

• Work closely with the technical implementation team in bridging the gap from translating functional to technical details
• Provide functional Guidance to the Team, working closely with developers/Tech Leads for assisting in resolution of queries Perform level 3 support of applications in production.
• Analyze and evaluate the bugs as raised by first and second level support.
• Coordination with support team and technical team to investigate the bugs.
• Make sure it works in continuous integration environment.
• Write cucumber tests to ensure the robustness of the fix.
• Support code refactioring if necessary.

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:

• Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.
• Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Secondary duties:

• Serving as backup person for absent Mozart team member, when required
• Other duties may be assigned.
