Job Profile:

  • Be part of corporate planning during organizational structuring at all levels and involved in formulation of various systems, policies and procedures implemented from time to time. Involved in Financial projections of collaborations / joint ventures envisaged including budgeting, forecasting, cost & credit control, margin analysis, costing & profitability analysis and management reporting
  • Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements
  • Surplus Fund Management in terms of placement of funds at various banks and other investments.
  • Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal, fixing up arrangements of working capital, bill Discounting and L/C backed Bill discounting at competitive interest rates, arranging LC and Bank Guarantee
  • Responsible to arrange Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit whenever required.
  • Liaisoning with Senior Officials of Banks, Financial Institutions, Finance Companies, Mutual Funds, etc to maintain good position of the company with all such institutions.
  • Finalization of accounts, divisional & branch accounting,
  • Responsible to attend to all requirements of statutory auditors and internal auditors
  • Ensure proper support and co-ordination for stores/ materials accounting, tax audit details preparation, computerized accounting, debtors' management and credit control
  • Responsible for managing and organising the Insurance Portfolio of the company and ensuring competitive rates are paid for all kinds of insurance bought the company.
  • Oversee taxation of employees and co-ordinate with agencies who can help employees with proper tax planning.
  • Oversee Filing of returns and attending tax authorities for assessments and appeals
  • Contribute to the Costing of product and process and making proper documentation of the same. Also responsible to give proper presentation, if required, to the top management on how certain costs have been arrived.
  • Monitor, support review and approve track of fund management and statutory payment.
  • Monitor and approve the vouchers as per company policy for timely release of payments against vouchers.
  • Monitor, review and approve the coordination for salary release as per the attendance sheet of the HRD Department. Approve release of cash salary payments as per company policy.
  • Coordinate for tasks like submission of documents to advocate/external agencies, utility payments, petty cash payments.
  • Monitor, support and review ERP implementation at all levels in the department.
  • Review and submit MIS reports to Management.
  • Conduct financial analysis and budgeting of the company from time to time or as required by the top management.
  • Monitor and approve payment against invoices and bills of vendors as per company policy
  • Monitor, support, review and approve the arrangement for short term and long term finance from banks.
  • Monitor, support, review and approve preparation of balance sheet and P&L Accounts.
  • Monitor that VAT return, TDS return, Service tax returns are filed on time.
  • Monitor physical verification and stock reconciliation. Ensure proper reporting of the stock for internal use and external submission. Also responsible for timely reporting of the deviations in the stock statement.
