Key responsibility:
As a key member of the
development team, you will build, develop and execute data solutions for
complex business problems. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Work with stakeholders to
identify, document and maintain requirements
Define, estimate and manage the requirements effort including
timelineConduct peer reviews of requirements documents
Lead requirements session with multiple stakeholders, across
multiple line of business, and remote team members
Identify, manage and groom user stories. Conduct and
participate in backlog grooming
Create and manage acceptance criteria
Acts as daytoday liaison between Product Managers, Subject
Matter Experts (SMEs) and Technical teams
Support development and QA teams throughout the development
life cycle
Drive the creation of user acceptance test cases, test plan
and manage User Acceptance Test execution and approval
Work with development team to identify solutions for business
problems
Support product release: Develop Training Material and
Conduct training
Conduct sprint demos and patriciate in sprint planning
meetings
Support QA team with testing of the applications as needed
Support resolution of production issues
Mandatory Skills :
Experience in identifying, documenting and maintaining
requirements.
Experience with application mockup tools, as well as tools
and methodologies to document functional requirements.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills,
attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Excellent problem solving skills, highly motivated and
adaptable.
Facilitates effective team interaction, strong team player.
Experience with agile and scrum.
BDD method of requirements gathering (huge plus if it is
handson experience but basic knowledge is compulsory)
Good to have :
Experience with JIRA and Confluence a big plus.
Bachelors degree. MBA a plus
