What this job involves:

Ensuring proper budget management

In this role, you'll be our clients' go-to person for all financial matters. Without you, the proper allocation of funds will not be possible for them.

Primarily, you'll be on top of all vendor invoices processed by executives and AFMs for vendors, and ensure that expectations are met. A typical day for you would also involve crunching numbers and making sure that all monthly bills are processed. Likewise, you will manage the billing and recovery of costs from appropriate cost centres.

Making sound financial business decisions

Serving as the backbone of the organization, you will get your hands in a lot of decision-making. You will be in charge of analysing financial operations to improve budgeting or planning. Particularly, you will make quarterly and yearly budget forecasting together with the client finance team for all facilities.

  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements
  • Budgeting Expertise in spearheading corporate & financial planning initiatives in Commercial Operation, Accounts & Finance, Auditing & Taxation, MIS, Purchase & Inventory Control, Finalization of Accounts, computerization of operations, providing project reports to Banks & FI's,.
  • Proficient in preparing & maintaining statutory books of accounts and financial statements; conducting internal & statutory audits.
  • A keen analyst with exceptional relationship management & negotiation skills with proven abilities in liaising with Banks and various regulatory authorities.
  • Excellent relationship building, negotiation, analytical skills and abilities in liaising with banks & financial institutions; with the exposure of working in computerised environment.
  • Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances
  • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction
  • Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
  • Review the performance of report on key issues to management
  • Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement
  • Interpret financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
  • Review bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughput
  • Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals
  • Create additional analyses and reports as required by management
  • Oversee the extension of credit.
  • Ensure adequate financial controls are in use and financial records are up to date and accurate.
  • Monitor expenses and income.
  • Approve the annual budget and recommend it to membership.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of Society/Co-op operations to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Recommend the appointment of the auditor to the membership.
  • Prepare the annual budget and cash flow worksheets.
  • Provide monthly financial reports.
  • Act as purchasing agent in accordance with Policy.
  • Maintain all financial records, including society/co-op books to trial balance.
  • Liaise with auditor and oversee preparations for the annual audit.
  • File budgets and audited financial statements to government agencies as required.
  • Collect CAM


Lastly, you will monitor and control the head count deployment on all subcontractors for pan-India facilities and ensure that they run with in the approved head count.

Should be a Post Graduate in Commerce with 2-3 yrs of Experience
Good knowledge of computer applications (Tally-9) & reporting procedures.

Preparation of Financial summaries, Cash Flows Statements etc...
