Job Summary
The AA Learning Solutions Senior Associate will support our Audit & Assurance Curriculum. This role will be accountable for analyzing, designing, developing and implementing a variety of learning and development solutions. These solutions would include live instructor led, virtual instructor led, e-Learning, job aids, video tutorials, and other performance support. This individual will be responsible for managing timelines and logistics to achieve our training goals.

This role will work with key stakeholders such as program owners, subject matter experts and the delivery team to co-ordinate and manage the implementation plan of envisioned programs.

The AA Learning Solutions Senior Associate should have strong planning, communication and coordination abilities and be capable of working across cross functional teams to develop extraordinary learning experiences for our people using the underlying source documents (such as Firm guidance, accounting standards, previous training materials). This person needs to be results driven and be able to manage complex and high-pressure situations. This individual is a single point of contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Passion for Learning and Development with an exposure to learning delivery models and adult learning.
  • Build an implementation plan and/or design document aligned to the program requirements.
  • Manage the communication, coordination, and preparation between various stakeholders (program owners, subject matter experts and delivery team).
  • Build and foster relationship with the program stakeholders.
  • Manage and report status according to program design needs.
  • Make timely recommendations based on program objectives in consultation with the stakeholders.
  • Execute the development and delivery of solutions (end to end) with strong attention to detail and timely implementation.
  • Leverage firm tools and software in the development of learning solutions.
  • Technology savvy and be able to leverage the capabilities across different means of content development and delivery (for example, LMS, Microsoft O365 products, and other technology enabled tools)


  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Instructional Systems Design, Adult Education or related field
  • 1-3 years developing e-learning solutions that are based on industry recognized adult learning theory and e-learning design
  • Familiarity with conducting a needs analysis and creating an implementation plan/design document
  • Experience designing and developing in Articulate 360 and Camtasia for SCORM-based digital solutions
  • Experience with virtual learning platforms (e.g. ON24, Adobe Connect, etc.)
  • Experience working with video such as capturing video content and basic editing
  • Effective and appropriate written and verbal US business communication skills in business environment, including facilitation
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products and survey tools
  • Experience of producing learning solutions from initial scoping to solution release
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Flexibility in handling changing work requirements.
  • Team Worker with ability to handle conflicts smoothly.
  • Knowledge and use of SharePoint for managing day to day activities/reports.
