What will I be doing?
  • Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical designs using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same, effectively to the team members.
  • Has worked on the Integration in Salesforce with other tools used within the Organization.
  • Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and effectively communicate the same with the team & stakeholders.
  • Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions, meet project objectives and company goals
  • Able to realize the full capabilities of CRM and how it can be best applied to meet the needs of a rapidly growing company.
  • Collaborate with other teams to provide operational analysis and make performance recommendations to the business.
  • Generate a variety of salesforce related reports as requested by management
  • Coordinate activities between sales and other departments (such as marketing and training).
  • Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross-functional impacts regarding configuration, process, workflow and reporting.

  • What skills do I need?
  • Collaborate with the fellow functional Leads, and Business Systems Manager to assist in implementing any new tools, process
  • Manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflows, process builder, and approval processes
  • 3-5+ years' experience with administration, including advanced customization and configuration, process documentation
  • Strong understanding of current integrations a plus: Zuora, NetSuite, DocuSign, Outreach, JIRA, Hubspot etc.
  • Familiarity with custom API integrations & troubleshooting (Data Warehouse ETLs - Amazon QuickSight, Tableau)
  • Scripting experience in SQL or Python is a plus.
  • B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc/MCA with 4+ years' experience in Systems Administration (Salesforce or Zuora would be preferred) & Process automation using scripting tools.
