Position: Financial Analyst/ Manager

The Financial Analyst will be involved in financial planning, reporting, and ad hoc analysis. The analysts principal responsibility will be to supply accurate, timely, and insightful reporting and analysis for the CEO, CFO, and leaders of Business Units. This analysis could vary in subject matter from specific business results to Revenue / Expense / CAPEX

Job Description
  • Responsible for all aspects of finance, accounts, and related statutory matters
  • Responsible to assist management in understanding costs, revenues, head count and other statistical data with a view to take informed decisions
  • Responsible for implementing all processes, controls and introduce policies to achieve the corporate objectives in terms of timely and quality output
  • Responsible for all tax and statutory matters
  • Prepare month end expense reports using financial reporting tools with accurate and timely delivery
  • Produce templates for Quarterly Business Reviews including standard P&L, revenue, gross profit, operating expense, capital expenditure, and headcount reports.
  • Support Finance on Reporting / Analysis Support finance on Reporting / Analysis, could include operating expense analysis, capital expenditure reporting, and/or headcount reporting / process improvement.

Desired Profile
  • Bachelors Degree required ( Finance or accounting preferred)
  • MBA ( Finance) or CA qualification would be an advantage
  • Experience working with a large Systems Integrator would be very helpful
  • Strong experience in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, financial modeling, planning, forecasting and management reporting
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and modeling skills
  • Superior problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate with management team
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy on work output
  • Energetic and inquisitive quick learner
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. A proven ability to present information to all levels of management
  • Appreciation for data integrity, process definition and organizational alignment
  • Highly motivated, self-starter and ability to drive results
  • Able to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities
  • Passionate, energetic, enthusiastic to drive results
