Job Responsibilities & Accountability

  • Take necessary preparation before going to the audit (through collecting required information, equipment, and document
  • Conducting on-site audits as a leader or a member of the audit team - Performing all audit procedures, such as opening meeting, factory tour, workers interview, documents review, closing meeting etc. as per the guidelines / Field instructions.
  • Conduct audit according to the client's requirement/ local law/ general working procedure.
  • Prepare and submit high quality audit report within stipulated timeframe.
  • Ensure data/ information/ digital image inclusion in the report as per work instruction.
  • Review new client requirements and changes in law and make available for use.
  • Coordinate with superiors and coordinators for flawless audit execution.
  • Attend necessary training and always keep updated in relevant fields.
  • Coordinate with back office staff/agents for timely arrangements for out station travelling.
  • Fully understand and comply with the requirements of ISO 17020 standards such as controlling and filing of all relevant documents, draft and final audit reports.


Required Skills & Qualification (What skills are required for this position):

  • Soft skills: Good negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of computers
  • A university degree and above
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Experience in audits (social compliance / factory evaluation) in a buying office, factory or third party.
  • Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulation, Industrial EHS requirements, Quality and Production systems.
  • Exposure to SA 8000 / WRAP and other environmental standards.
  • Preference if he/she is APSCA registered and maintain RA/CSCA level.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for short/long periods of time.


Required Certification

Any certification like WRAP/Higg/BSCI/BEPI/SLCP/SA 8000 etc.
